What is your greatest distraction?

the vast world of the internet is by far my greatest distraction. there is so much to learn and discover, that i just can't help but google a word or concept i don't know...or answer random questions on grupthink.com....or research the best doggie nail clippers available....or just browse the free box on craigslist.  it's an amazing technology that i can't help but get excited about every day.  however, it distracts me from writing this grant i am working on, my homework for school, and doing whatever it is i got online for in the first place.  see? answering this question is a perfect example of the internet world taking me away from my desk and making me think about something else.  now, i don't necessarily see this as a distraction from what really matters, but it can become an obsession which isn't healthy.  it's a thin line, and it's definitely my weakness.
